What stays local and what leaves this device
- This browser
- A local working copy of questionnaire answers, the comparison baseline, generated reports, feedback, action reviews, and delivery receipts stays here by default. It is not automatically synced to another device. This does not mean every item is processed only on this device: the interview and report transmission are described below.
- Optional email account
- Only after you choose “Save this decision,” the email and encrypted assessment are stored on the server and linked to My Decisions. One-time links expire after 15 minutes; account sessions expire after 30 days. Signed-in users can export or delete account data, change email, manage optional Day-7 and Day-30 reminders, and review recent security activity in Account settings. Open Account settings.
- Validation research endpoint
- Each completed assessment automatically sends a random cohort ID, a random visitor ID, first-visit campaign attribution, experiment and model versions, and structured flow events. This lets the service compare acquisition channels and calculate the full Day-7 denominator, including people who do not return. Only the first landing path, referring host, and bounded UTM fields are included; URL queries, questionnaire text, custom option text, evidence text, and notes are excluded. The network endpoint may still receive an IP address, browser metadata, and request time.
- Privacy-friendly site analytics
- When Plausible is configured, it receives page-view metadata, a small allowlist of named funnel events, and coarse first-touch properties such as source, medium, campaign, landing path, and referring host. The random visitor ID, questionnaire answers, free text, report or recommendation IDs, email addresses, model names, and event payloads are not sent to Plausible. Plausible states that its analytics uses no cookies or persistent identifiers.
- Live AI interview and report service
- Every assessment uses AI during the interview and again for the paid final report. Before the first interview answer is sent, the product lists the transmission scope and requires explicit consent. Each answer is then sent as you go to this site’s server and the configured model provider so the system can update relevant facts, uncertainties, and the next useful question. Paid report generation later sends the structured assessment record, option profiles, and working hypothesis so a stronger model can make an independent final judgment. The transmitted content may include age range, goal, current situation, reasons for learning, recent decision behavior, real-world context, intended audience, cost of a wrong choice, experience, resources, option profiles, and free text. Local record IDs, feedback, action reviews, and analytics events are excluded from model requests. These inputs are personal, not anonymous. The site server receives network metadata such as IP address, browser information, and request time. The model provider does not receive this site’s cookies or access credentials. Complete reports are currently capped at 50 per day, resetting at midnight China Standard Time; the quota database stores only date, count, and update time. A failed call is shown clearly with a retry or safe recovery path.
This browser contains 0 delivery receipts. Clearing a local receipt does not withdraw remote data.

Clear this app’s data from this browser
This removes only the eight known keys listed above. It does not affect unrelated data on the same site, withdraw remote summaries, reverse requests already processed by the model, delete downloaded files, or clear your clipboard. If you want to withdraw remote research data, use the control above first; clearing local records also removes the withdrawal credential.
