1. The short version

The assessment works without an account and keeps its working copy in your browser. If you choose “Save this decision,” the email address and encrypted assessment are stored on this site’s server so you can reopen them on another device. After you give explicit consent, each interview answer is sent as you go to this site’s server and its configured model provider so the service can update its understanding and choose the next useful question. Paid report generation later sends the disclosed structured assessment record for an independent final judgment. The research service receives structured, de-identified events and first-visit attribution rather than your questionnaire text. When configured, Plausible receives page-view metadata, coarse campaign attribution, and a small allowlist of named funnel events without event payloads or the random visitor ID. Creem independently processes checkout and billing information as Merchant of Record.

2. Information handled by the product

  • Questionnaire answers, including age range, goals, work context, options, constraints, experience, resources, and free text.
  • Comparison scores, AI-generated reports, assumption corrections, feedback, Day-7 evidence, and Day-30 outcomes where available.
  • Random research cohort and visitor IDs, first landing path, referring host, bounded UTM campaign fields, model and experiment versions, flow events, and structured outcome categories.
  • When Plausible is enabled: page path, referrer and campaign source, browser, operating system, device type, approximate country or region, and named funnel events. Questionnaire answers, free text, report or recommendation IDs, email addresses, and event payloads are excluded.
  • Technical metadata such as IP address, browser information, request time, security logs, rate-limit keys, and error status.
  • Payment entitlement data such as report ID, hashed access token, Creem order/checkout/customer identifiers, currency, total, and refund status. We do not receive payment-card details.
  • If you create an account: your normalized email address, hashed email lookup value, email-verification and session records, and an encrypted copy of each decision you explicitly save.
  • Information you voluntarily send when contacting support.

3. Why it is used

We use information to generate and deliver the assessment and report, secure paid access, prevent abuse, process support and refunds, maintain service reliability, measure whether recommendations lead to evidence, and meet legal obligations. Depending on jurisdiction, these purposes rely on performing the product agreement, your consent, legitimate service and security interests, or legal obligations.

4. Service providers and transfers

Relevant data may be processed by Cloudflare for hosting, security, databases, and network delivery; by the configured LLM provider for the live interview and report generation; by Resend for delivery of requested one-time sign-in, email-change, and opted-in review-reminder messages; by Google only when you choose Google sign-in, for OpenID Connect identity data (account identifier, verified email, and basic profile); by Plausible for cookie-free, aggregate site and funnel analytics when enabled; and by Creem for checkout, tax, fraud, receipts, billing support, and refunds. These providers may process information outside your country under their own safeguards and legal terms. Creem acts as an independent controller for buyer and transaction data.

5. Storage and retention

Browser data remains until you clear it or the browser removes it. One-time sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and account sessions after 30 days unless renewed by signing in again. An account email remains until the account is deleted. Saved decisions and encrypted paid-report content share a server expiry of up to 90 days. Recent account security events are kept for up to 90 days. Review reminders are off by default, can be changed in account settings, and can be stopped from any reminder email. Structured research records remain until withdrawn or no longer needed for the stated evaluation. A minimum transaction-and-delivery archive is retained for seven years from payment for accounting, dispute handling, payment-partner obligations, and legal compliance. It contains the payment provider, provider transaction and checkout references, product reference, currency, gross total, payment/refund/dispute timestamps and status, and delivery status. It does not contain your questionnaire, report content, email address, provider customer identifier, or payment-card details. Webhook, security, and support records follow their own necessity-based retention periods. Downloaded files are controlled by you and cannot be remotely deleted by this site.

6. Your choices and rights

Use the local data controls to inspect, export, or clear browser data and, where a withdrawal credential is present, withdraw the structured research cohort. Signed-in users can view saved assessments in My Decisions and use Account settings to export account data, change their email, manage reminders, or permanently delete the account and saved decisions. Contact us for applicable correction, restriction, objection, or other rights that cannot be completed there. We may need information to verify the request. Payment-data requests may need to be handled by Creem.

7. Children and sensitive decisions

Pending completion of legal and age-appropriate-design review, the online assessment is temporarily available only to people who confirm they are 18 or older. Selecting an under-18 range, or not confirming adult status, stops the flow before later questionnaire answers are retained or sent, before a research event is created, and before model processing or payment. The age gate does not collect contact details or add the person to a waiting list. Do not submit payment-card data, government identifiers, medical records, or another person’s confidential information in questionnaire or evidence fields.

8. Contact and policy changes

Privacy requests can be sent to support@justlearnone.com. We may update this policy when the service, providers, or law changes. A new effective date will be displayed here; material changes will be highlighted where reasonably possible.
