Refund policy

14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This is a one-time digital learning-priority report and does not renew automatically.
How to request a refund
Contact product support using the address shown on your Creem receipt, or open Creem buyer support. Include the email used at checkout and the order reference. Do not send payment-card details. You may also contact product support if the report was not delivered or was technically inaccessible.
After approval
Just Learn One assesses whether a product refund request is eligible under this policy. Creem executes an approved refund as Merchant of Record and returns it to the original payment method. Creem may also issue a refund when required by law, a payment error, fraud review, or a payment dispute. Access to the hosted full report ends after a full refund is confirmed. A copy that you previously downloaded or saved cannot be remotely recalled.
Fair-use limits and local rights
The 14-day promise does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, or chargeback-related requests may be investigated and may be rejected where permitted by law. Creem’s Buyer Terms and applicable law continue to govern the payment transaction.
