1. What this product provides

Just Learn One is a one-time, AI-assisted learning-priority assessment. It compares the goal, constraints, options, and evidence you provide, then produces one current priority, explains why other options can wait, and provides a Day-7 experiment and 30-day plan. It is a decision aid—not a professional qualification, career-placement service, or guarantee of income, employment, admission, or any other outcome.

2. Who may use it

You must provide accurate information and use the report lawfully. Pending completion of legal and age-appropriate-design review, the online assessment is temporarily available only to people who confirm they are 18 or older. An under-18 selection, or failure to confirm adult status, stops before later questionnaire answers, model processing, research participation, or payment. Parent or guardian involvement does not currently reopen the online flow.

You may use the assessment without an account. If you use email or Google sign-in, you are responsible for maintaining access to that identity and for keeping one-time links private. Review reminders are optional and off by default. Saved decisions are personal and may not be transferred to another account.

3. AI and decision limits

The report combines a structured comparison with an AI review. Either can be incomplete or wrong. A recommendation remains provisional until tested against real-world evidence, and you remain responsible for decisions made from it. Do not use the product as a substitute for licensed legal, medical, financial, psychological, educational, or career advice where professional judgment is required.

4. Orders, price, and delivery

The product is a one-time USD 19 digital report before applicable taxes, with no automatic renewal. Creem calculates and adds applicable tax at checkout and shows the final total before payment. Orders are processed by Creem, the Merchant of Record. Creem handles payment processing, taxes, invoices, and the execution of approved refunds. Full report generation starts only after the site receives a valid signed payment notification.

Your purchase transaction is with Creem under its Buyer Terms. Just Learn One remains responsible for providing the assessment, report, account features, product support, and product-specific rights described here.

5. Personal licence

Purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and save your report. You may share your own report with an adviser or collaborator for your own decision. You may not resell the product, automate bulk access, bypass payment or rate limits, extract the service for a competing dataset, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

6. Availability and changes

We may correct errors, change models, update decision methods, or suspend the service for security, legal, or operational reasons. A purchased report keeps the version information recorded when it was generated. Hosted paid-report access is designed to remain available for up to 90 days, so you should download any copy you want to retain.

7. Refunds and transaction terms

Our 14-day refund policy applies in addition to any mandatory rights you have. Just Learn One assesses product refund requests under that policy. Creem executes approved refunds as Merchant of Record and may also issue a refund when required by law, a payment error, fraud review, or a payment dispute. Creem’s Buyer Terms govern the payment transaction. Where these terms conflict with rights that cannot legally be waived, those mandatory rights prevail.

8. Privacy and support

The Privacy Policy explains model, research, payment, and local-browser data. The Support page separates product questions from Creem billing and refund requests. These terms and the linked policies form the product agreement for your use of Just Learn One.

9. Applicable rights and disputes

These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply where you live. Please contact product support first for product disputes and Creem for transaction disputes. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
